Decision was made to drain the haematoma surgically. The patient was sceptical to have scarring on her vulva. Thus, the haematoma was evacuated by a vertical incision on the left vaginal. Under epidural anesthesia, an incision was made along the vaginal wall overlying the hematoma, from which blood clots were evacuated. No specific bleeding site was identified, in part due to the anatomical distortion caused by the hematoma. A vulvar hematoma is a collection of blood in the vulva.
